    Description

    In the late 1940's and early 1950's my grandfather owned a Dr. Pepper Bottling franchise in Waldorf, Maryland.  This pin was among his effects.  I haven't had any luck identifying what KGDS stands for.  I'm pretty sure it's not a radio station's call letters. So the pin comes with a mystery. Whatever it stands for, it's part of Dr. Pepper's long and storied history.
