Wonderful victorian skirt, may be a petticoat.
Sometimes you just can not tell.
7 rows of lace adorn this wonderful piece.
About a third down there is another layer attached
with another lace border.
This skirt has a bit of a trumpet style.
It is a little longer in the back than the front.
One button back closure.
