This is a spectacular white victorian cotton dotted swiss
high-neck jacket with wonderful lace detailing .
There is a eight button front,could be worn open or as a top
either with or without a belt.
Ribbon in the front has been replaced.
Back bustle and around neck and shoulders has wonderful lace.
The trumpet sleeves and hemline also has great lace detailing.
The ribbon woven thru the front is obviously new.
This is a true piece of fashion history,
