Description

This 1881 Infantry cork summer dress helmet is in good condition but I did see some slight usage on the sweat band which shows a size 7 3/8".    The pith helmet is marked with a maker's name on the inside sweat band  WM H. Horstmann & Co. Philadelphia and another location I believe is in N.Y but it was very hard for me to read the complete address.The helmet shows well but does have an old look to it with the white covered cork dulling out.  Please check the photographs for a complete inspection and email me with any questions.
