Custom Nashville Tele Solderless control plate.  This is wired with Bourns A250k pots and a 5 Way switch.  The switch is wired with only the bridge and neck.  The settings are bridge, bridge and neck, neck, neck with bass cut, bridge and neck series.   The middle pickup has mini toggle and can be added in any setting on the 5 way switch.  The tone pot is a Push/pull with a greasebucket tone circuit.  When this is pulled up it puts the middle pickup out of phase.  This gives you 15 pickup combinations.  The volume has a tropical fish treble bleed circuit.  You only need a small screwdriver to install this so you don't need to pay someone to install this.    you need to add a string ground and cut wire on bridge ground plate if you have a plate on your bridge pickup .

All pots and switches have been treated with a conductive lubricant to prevent moisture damage and crackle in the pots.
