Rare Antique German Doll with glass eyes, Nursing Toddler on Ball Jointed Slant Composition Body.
Rare glass eye model of Kammer & Reinhart, solid dome, fixed eyes.
Nice clean body with all fingers and all his toes.  Beautifully modelled face.
He wears a beautiful long white christening gown, 25" long, with a blue ribbon on his hair.  The wig is antique mohair with some wear.  He is 17" long.
Closed mouth with hole for nursing, Incised on the back of his head is "1".
His bisque head shows no chips, cracks, hairlines or restoration, except for dings
on back of head as photographed, probably when a wig was originally attached.
He has fixed brown eyes. Nice facial coloring, red dots at corner of eyes, and good colored lips.  This is a very rare model comes with a hole in the lips for nursing.
