The lower 3 decades are each 10 fixed precision power resistors, the next 5 decades are each 10 trimmed high voltage metal film resistors, and the highest decade is 5 matched metal film resistor pairs. Only weighs 18 lbs (not much more than the standard 5-dial 1-kV megadeks).
