    Description

    A beautiful Victorian black velvet cropped jacket with a high neck and ivory silk lining. The measurements are as follows: 15" shoulders, 23" sleeve, 36" bust, 30" waist, 23" entire length. In generally good antique condition with some patchy and balding spots to the velvet, loose buttons and loose threads and wear to the lining consistent with age. Please review all photographs as an important part of the description.
