Antique Victorian Mourning Cape -Machine Sewn as shown measurements - 19 “ in back and 16” in front for length , collar is about 14”around  and about 35” across the shoulders width total material.- sort of a bronze lining and black material on outside - no clips to hold it closed-ruffled neck of same material. All as shown in photos . Not sure what the material is
