Antique Victorian Lady's by Nouveaute; a  Short Cape with high neck, hook and eye closure with satin ribbon tie; Jellyfish patterned Silk Brocade,  corded 2" wide trim is filled with beads, seed and bugle, black glass. This is a class act and probably was worn to. mourn the death of a close loved one.
Neck measures 14" which is quite small; 18" from neck to hem. It is lined in polished cotton.
Absolutely perfect! Like it was put away in the Victorian Period and resurrected today!
