We are offering for your consideration an ANTIQUE LIFE SIZE BISQUE J. D. KESTNER DOME HEAD CHARACTER BABY WITH SET BROWN EYES. Condition is "Used".
This beautiful life size bisque character baby has a dome head, soft light brown painted hair and set brown eyes. You see the doll displayed in a child size antique high chair, dressed in a christening gown and matching bonnet and antique booties. A tag in bonnet says “Infantog” and photo shows this, as well as the beautiful lace of the gown and bonnet. I have found no damage to head.  She has all her fingers and toes. I thought one foot was mended, but even with closeup pic I can’t determine which one. The body is sturdy but discolored. Photos show this. Please look at photos and ask questions to make your own determination regarding condition.  The head circumference is 16” and she is approximately 25” in length.  She is marked J. D. K. 18 at base of neck and writing on either side that is probably made in Germany. She is quite tightly strung so hard to look for fear of damage. A beautiful addition for any doll collector. The high chair and other items are  props only. Please ask questions if any. Due to her large size and weight, shipping reflects that.
