    Description

    Antique German Doll Head and Wig Marked OOX.
    This antique shoulder head doll was probably made by Armand Marseille in Germany prior to 1900.  Her head has no hairlines.  There is possibly a small chip on the bottom rim, although it could be a factory flaw.  The human hair wig looks like it was made for her, but it needs some attention and will need to be re- glued to the original pate.  Her eyes are beautiful, and looking with a magnifying glass, the left eye has an imperfection,  but it isn't noticeable to the naked eye.  She will make a nice doll or toy when she is fixed up!
