Felicity's Party Treats was introduced to Felicity's Collection in 1992 and retired in 2005. It is associated with "Happy Birthday, Felicity".
This set is complete and includes salvers, cake, strawberries, lemon slices, orange slices, tarts, flowers, vase, figurine and informational pamphlets. The little fruits and tarts are still in the unopened original package. There are some handwritten identification stickers on the outside of the box.
This set is in "like new" condition. It has never been played with. It was used for display only.
