ADAPTER for connecting SPOT Dedolight with PROFOTO lamps.
The ADAPTER is used to connect the precise Spot of the German company Dedolight with the Profoto studio flash (both Compact and Head Generators). It has a system that allows the interchangeable use of Dedolight DP 1, DP 2, DP 3 spots (and their variants - such as DP 1.1, DP 2.1)
The 3.0 Long adapter has an optical system consisting of a light scattering element, protective heat-resistant glass and a light mixing chamber - both pilot and flash. A carefully thought-out baffle system ensures that the light exits only through the optical system and at the same time allows ventilation of the flash. The spot is attached to the adapter by means of a clamp with a latch - made of polished stainless steel. Such a mounting system allows for precise, smooth rotation of the Spot, which is important when using GOBO inserts, slots or slides.
