70s Dress Fred Perlberg Polka Dot Coral Chiffon Vintage Cocktail Full Skirt Gown

A lovely, wispy, frilly Fred Perlberg gown! The chiffon is a dreamy, true coral with shifts of red and orange due to the orange lining! It zips up the back and comes with a matching waist tie/sash. I didn't see anything major with the dress... there are a few things to note. There are a couple of small holes. Looks like 2 cigarette burns where it didn't go all the way through ...(no it does not smell like smoke)....and a bit of dirt here and there on the skirt and lining area. There's some seam stress on the interior in a small section that could use a few stitches. There's a ton of fabric there to mend/patch anything you wish. It's a gorgeous dress and is very wearable and durable as it is. Please see all the photos. Everything is reflected in the low start price. It IS vintage so always keep that in mind...there may be light shelf dust and a pinhole or two and a seam that may need to be reinforced.  All antique/vintage items are sold AS IS.  Thanks for looking! : )

The measurements are across when laid flat....and are approximate.
Waist - about 13.25 inches across
Bust - about 17.5 inches across (measured underarm to underarm) maybe a little more room
Hips - loose and open
Length from top shoulder to bottom of dress is about 57 inches.
