    Description

    This little doll is an enigma. She is marked "Germany" on the back of her bisque head. Her moving googly eyes are celluloid. She has wild 5 stroke black top eye lashes that hide under her hat. Her body is blue velvet and her hat is black felt. She has a thin white cotton collar. The shoulder plate/bisque neck feels complete under her original body.  She measures a whopping 5 3/8" tall and her hips are 1" wide. She is soft stuffed with no wires. Please look at all of the photos for a complete description. I feel like she is a cross between a Palmer Cox Brownie and an AM 323 Googly. It has been suggested she may have been a carnival prize. I have seen a couple of heads but this is the first completed one.
