2) The 45 Record EXCELLENT shape. We played it and there are NO skips!!!
3) If you decide to purchase this item and want to add this to your Comic Book auctions I will do that and give you a three( 3) auction credits if you are trying to win the BONUS COMICS. You MUST email me
separately to let me know that this is your intention so I can set this aside for you and give you more time to finish bidding then
pay.
4) Specialty item Restock Fee is 30%, non-negotiable. If item (somehow) gets damaged then this is an INSURANCE claim. Whole new ballgame( pun intended). I will let the Insurance deal with this.
5) FREE SHIP/INSURANCE!!! Most eBayers won't INSURE items, complaining of the rising Insurance costs. The few who do Insure make the BUYER pay extra for the Insurance. Not us. We DO Insure all items over .00 and Specialty items no matter what the final price. Sometimes the Insurance costs are already factored in the asking price. Fair.

ERRORS AND OMISSIONS Disclaimer:
Anything not covered in this "Fine Print" will be determined on a case-by-case basis, and we have the Final Say to all matters. We are NOT responsible for decisions by eBay regarding our auctions, technical failures, shutdowns, at any time for any reason.
Insurance Claims for damaged and/or LOST item(s):
a) notify us that the item was damaged and that you wish to return it back to us;
b) we alert Insurer, who then forwards us forms w/ Links, etc.;
c) The Insurer will email/call you to verify said claim;
d) If you contact us to inform us of USPS damage then change your mind for any reason we stop all contact with you and force you to get eBay involved. We win more of these cases then we lose;
e) The Insurer sends US the funds, then we forward the funds to you. This may take FOUR( 4) WEEKS; the Insurance company wants a lot of photos, details

f) You are AGREEING to wait until the Insurance
company Pays ME first, then I re-imburse you. That is part of the auction agreement you accept by bidding our items.
