16" My Dream Baby by Armand Marseille - Mold 341

Description

Here is “My Dream Baby” by Armand Marseille. Downsizing my collection and, hopefully, someone will give her a new home.
She has a closed mouth, molded ears, and very blue sleep eyes with painted eye lashes.
Some of the eyelid wax is missing on one eye. The head is a solid dome with painted (air-brushed) blonde hair and swivels somewhat at the neck. The head circumference is 12”. There are no chips, cracks or hairlines in the porcelain. Her coloring is expertly painted.
She came to me on her original cloth body with composition hands, however, the body was in very poor condition and not salvageable. She received a newer cloth body with restored, composition baby arms and legs. She has her original old cotton baby gown and under dress. I added an older vintage cotton bonnet and some vintage rayon socks with ribbon ties to complete her ensemble.
Markings on the back of her head read: A.M.; Germany; 341 / 4

I’m an honest seller and try to explain all my items in as much detail as possible. If I miss something, it’s unintentional. Shipping

Once the item/package is in custody of the carrier, I cannot guarantee that it will be delivered according to eBay's shipping/delivery calculations--they are estimates only. Additionally, I'm not responsible for the poor handling of the package during shipment. I pack very well to insure safe delivery. I charge a small handling fee to help with the cost of shipping materials used when packing antique dolls. If you wish to add insurance, please contact me before making payment so I can add it to the invoice total. Sorry, I do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii, nor do I ship internationally, so no international bidders please.
